We are the economic development team for the City of Timmins.

All of our services are free and available in French and English.

Our two areas of focus are Business Development & Retention and Community Economic Development.

Business Development & Retention (BD&R)

BD&R focuses on creating, attracting and retaining business and investment opportunities.

Community Economic Development (CED)

CED focuses on community building and helping non-profits, social enterprises and other organizations build capacity and achieve their mission.

The TEDC is co-located with The Business Enterprise Centre and Link North. Together, we are a central contact for business and community needs.
