I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any compensation or remuneration, royalties or any other payment from the Timmins Economic Development Corporation (TEDC) or other partners in respect to the use of any materials. TEDC agrees not to use any photo or testimonial in a manner that may be deemed adverse or defamatory to the person signing this form.

I acknowledge that I relinquish any right I may have to examine or approve the completed materials or their use(s).
